Garden Studios is delighted to announce their forthcoming expansion! We have recently acquired an additional 4800sqft over three floors in an adjoining building on Shelton St, Covent Garden WC2. This will be linked to the main building by creating a door through a shared wall similar to our earlier 'Drury Lane' extension in 2005. The total 27,800sqft now makes us one of the largest independent operators in central London.
Garden Studios has seen very high occupancy rates despite the current economic climate with a lengthening waiting list for new prospects and existing clients needing to expand. Our experienced team does everything they can to facilitate the changing needs of businesses and make sure they are well looked after whilst at the same time cultivating a vibrant friendly atmosphere. As a result clients are very happy and end up staying for years. This is a great concept but also means opportunities for new prospects looking to move in are few and far between, many being turned away disappointed. This is why when the opportunity of additional space arose we didn't hesitate.
The new building will mean another 15 individual suites accommodating between 2 and 10 people each. The space has excellent facilities of its own and of course access to all the amenities that Garden Studios currently has to offer. These include a full reception, seven meeting rooms of varying sizes, a delightful roof terrace, kitchens, showers and break out areas.
The new building will be fitted out to high specification and incorporate state-of-the-art technology with many flexible options to accommodate a wide range of professional and flexible working arrangements.
